I’ve made several visits to this office to get my crowns done, night guard, and cleanings, so trust me when I say Dr. Dang and his team provide exceptional service and care. When I had to get two crowns on my front teeth, I convinced myself in my haste that the crowns were a good color match and that achieving a perfect match was impossible. This decision was entirely mine and not a reflection of the staff, as the crowns are made at a third-party facility in LA, and I did not want to wait an extra two weeks for remakes. Fast forward a few months, and I began to feel that my crowns were definitely not a good color match. Being front and center in my smile, this issue was hard to ignore. Then one of my front crowns broke off. I had an emergency dentist visit and came to the office distressed, sharing my concerns. Even though he was under no obligation, I was charged only a fraction of the cost to fix all the issues. Dr. Dang went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely reassured and satisfied with the end result. He reinforced the crowns with a post, had the crowns remade, and it took two tries (and two office visits) before I felt the crowns couldn’t be a better color match. Isaiah, my dental assistant, was so patient and took extra care to ensure everything went smoothly the second time around. I also always enjoy seeing the front staff, Mike and Alexis. They do a great job managing logistics, providing upfront transparency with costs, and answering questions, making it a smooth and easy experience with every visit. I had a great experience with Merced Modern Dentistry, and have recommended their practice to all my friends and family.
